Its a brilliant game. I have played it a ton of times back in the day on PC. Wanted to relive the game a bit by playing a few matches so I installed it on my Mac Mini M2 512Gb version and its horrible. The graphics looks bad and its very laggy. I have other iOS games on this Mac that looks and plays without issues. The reason for 3 stars is also that this game have no more new content being developed for it so what you can currently get in this game is basically it. There will never be anything new coming to this game.

I really enjoy Gwent - I think it is an interseting take on a card game with AMAZING artwork and the LEAST pay to win design in relation to any other card game I have enountered.

BUT this version of the game has some bugs:

My stratagem card seems to float on the board after being used, blocking my vision of cards I play in that area.

Sometimes my quests take some time to track.

There are moments where I momentarily lose connection when I should not be doing so (wired & wireless experiences the same issues).

Otherwise, best card game I have played.

Love the books. Love the game. Love Gwent on mobile syncing with my steam account. Buuut, think there’s something iffy with the crafting function on mobile. When I craft a card it loops on the crafting page with the hour glass. Have to reset the game to get my card. Super annoying if you are crafting multiple cards. Otherwise it’s an amazing game. Creds to the devs and product managers with such an amazing integration between platforms and showing genuine homage to the books in the game.

I'm completely unable to click on anything in the game and interface. It's completely unresponsive. What's amazing is that this has been reported by other users over 2 years ago and it's still an issue. I honestly wanted to give this game a try but first impressions - this looks like a cheap rip off of propper CCGs.

Love it, I find Gwent much harder in the actual game because you need to collect the decks and depending on difficulty the AI destroys you every time 

One thing i dislike in the mobile game is the redrawing of cards per round 
It should always be equal as the person with more cards will always have an advantage

I enjoy the game, but its learning curve is very scary. But thats where my love for the game comes, its a hard game. Its not a ketchapp game that you get hooked on for a week and then look for something else, the game has me addicted. The only issue would be the lack of scraps. Its very difficult to construct a deck that is capable of competing against the guys who have been playing the game. Otherwise I cant complain, enjoy it loads.

Wish I could give more stars. Been playing gwent since the beta on PS and during the Witcher game itself. Best card strategy game ever. Just wish the updates wouldn’t continue killing off all the good cards. Other than that, phenomenal game

Can’t access the store or various parts of the game. The game crashes completely. This is on an iPhone 7. Played for hours on console but now that it’s not supported on console it’s broken.

This game is beautiful and the graphics excellent. But beware once reaching a certain ranking there’s no where left to go. Be prepared to lose match after match. Really disheartening once you spend money on the game personalizing etc and you continue losing. This game is rigged in such a way that your opponent’s cards are virtually always one up on you. I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work. Be prepared for many loses after a certain rank. Won’t be playing much any more because the way I see it a game should make you happy not wanting to make you break your phone or budget.

One of the best mobile games out! My only issue is how many people missed out on the first Journey and were unable to earn the rewards, including the Geralt skin. As such an iconic character, it seems a disservice to not give another opportunity to get him, whether in-game via reward tree or as a once off shop Bundle. I know how most battle passes work, but Gwent is young enough to break the mould and offer new players a chance to earn their favourite protagonist!!
