More isolation workouts

Just add more variations of workouts. I see a lot of compound exercises, so include some isolation exercises to target individual muscles. Other than that, it's 10 out of 10.

Issues

I use to use this app on android without a problem. Now on my iPhone I can’t add my own workouts…. That’s the main reason I use this app. The predefined workouts are ok I guess, but that’s not my primary use. I’ve emailed the developer, hopefully we can get this fixed.

You start out slow and you can increase the intensity. Shows you the correct way to do the exercises. After a solid year, look at me now.!

Perfect 🤩 Almost besides the Adds and the app could look more visually appealing but hey it does what I need so that’s good enough for me , to many dumb apps with fancy work out plans to finicky to much time on your phone not enough time working out it’s easy to build a plan I just needed to know how to perform the work outs and to learn what muscles are evening used In said work out something not many other apps do without having to pay and stuff and even then it’s not great this is simple and straight to the point
