Mettiti in posizione, concentrati e inizia la prossima serie davvero pronto — non di fretta. La maggior parte dei timer suona quando il riposo è già finito. Sei distratto. Fuori posizione. La serie successiva parte male. Gym Timer: Rest & Get Ready risolve il problema con i pre-allarmi smart — un suono di avviso e vibrazione PRIMA che il riposo finisca, così sei sempre pronto quando conta. FUNZIONALITÀ PRINCIPALI • Pre-Allarme Smart — Avviso da 5 a 60 secondi prima che il timer scada. Mai più colto alla sprovvista. • Live Activity — Timer sempre visibile su Lock Screen e Dynamic Island. Senza sbloccare il telefono. • Apple Watch — App dedicata, funziona da sola o sincronizzata. Il tuo timer, sempre al polso. • Avvio con Un Tap — Tempi predefiniti, zero configurazione. Tocca e riposa. • Contatore Serie — Conta automaticamente i tuoi set. Un tap per ripetere. • Suoni Personalizzati — Scegli i tuoi audio di avviso e completamento. • Temi — Personalizza colori e aspetto. • Design Minimale — Nessuna pubblicità nel tuo riposo. Nessuna distrazione. Solo il tuo timer. PERCHÉ GYM TIMER? Non è l'ennesimo interval timer. È uno strumento di ritmo per il tuo allenamento. Il pre-allarme fa la differenza: sai che sta per scadere PRIMA del beep, così sei sempre in posizione e mentalmente pronto. • Non perdere mai un'altra serie • Resta concentrato tra le serie • Perfetto per sollevamento pesi, bodybuilding, CrossFit e allenamento funzionale Saprai prima che finisce. Resta pronto. Allenati nel flow. ## Timer Allenamento Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/7b/60/41/7b60419d-e55c-284e-c9a6-949d07bce034/01_PreWarning_iPhone_14_Plus_framed.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/60/be/2d/60be2d21-ad2a-ba5e-76a4-7e3dbab353a5/02_LiveActivity_iPhone_14_Plus_framed.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/29/6c/4a/296c4a07-68b1-4a87-a9f3-af11572bd81b/04_AppleWatch_iPhone_14_Plus_framed.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/cf/b3/39/cfb3395c-2ae0-124a-80b1-74925e72e3e2/05_Completion_iPhone_14_Plus_framed.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/eb/6a/4b/eb6a4b59-7c9d-405e-4d1f-bff9bd9acfbd/06_Settings_iPhone_14_Plus_framed.png/1284x2778.png) ## Timer Allenamento Rating Breakdown in Italy - 5 stars: 2 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Timer Allenamento Available In - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/italy) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/germany) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/brunei) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/switzerland) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/czechia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/egypt) - [Grenada](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/grenada) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/hungary) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/japan) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/kuwait) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/sri-lanka) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/lithuania) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/luxembourg) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/latvia) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/madagascar) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/nigeria) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/poland) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/saudi-arabia) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/senegal) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/united-states) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/austria) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/venezuela) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/gym-timer-workout-get-ready-Dxbz/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
