Gymaholic: Gym Workout Tracker

I’ve been using the app for years, and I’ve purchased workouts and different features. Imagine my surprise when I’m all of a sudden locked out of my previously purchased features because the developers have moved to a monthly subscription revenue stream. Thanks for screwing us long term users!

For the past 7 years, Gymaholic has been my go-to app for fitness. I haven't found any other app that rivals its capabilities. With seamless integration with my Apple Watch, customizable workout and rest times, and the flexibility to modify reps or time for each exercise, it has been truly a game-changer for me. Whether I'm doing CrossFit or strength training, the app adjusts accordingly, calculates my calorie burns, and ensures I stay on a successful fitness journey.

I don’t use any of the augmented reality features. But the ability to build workouts, customize rep ranges, rest intervals and build and track things on the fly is awesome. It shows you the last reps you did a of a specific weak so you can make sure you are progressing over time. Brilliant app. The Apple Watch app is also best in class. You can load all workouts and customize sets and reps completed as you go. I hope they keep supporting this app forever

Best app I’ve found for the Apple Watch.

Sorry but can’t stand when apps are absolutely not free yet act like they are. This is nothing but a free trial. The exercises it includes are literally the most basic things like bench press which everyone knows how to use. I have absolutely no problem paying for an app, but charge it in the App Store. Don’t be shady and say it’s free and then after someone downloads it increasing your stats you then say 90% of this app is not functional unless you pay.

For those of you who have had premium access and have been locked out of the app last week like I was, you can restore your premium subscription at no charge in the settings. Just click Restore and you are good to go.

I had been premium since the beginning of the app and you locked me out. Now asking me to pay again. Don’t buy this app!!

The best to work out with the Apple Watch !!!! Would love to have more programs with updates …. I would even pay more for it Exemple : - check the equipment you have or want to use - how many times you train per week - what’s your goal - and boom there’s your program to follow for a few weeks Thanks

I love this app. Sync to my watch easily. Easy to program my own workout Rest time notification works great Pulse and calories tracker is perfect All the aspects I need to intense productive workouts. Thanks Steve

Has everything I’ve been looking for. Not all exercises are listed in the log but it’s really simple to add them. You only have to add it one time and then it stays in the exercise catalog I really like that you can customize the view for your Apple Watch One thing I don’t like is that you can’t assign a created workout to past dates. So if you forget to log, you have to manually do it. Unless there is a way and I missed it
