Few musclegroups

Should be able to add more musclegroups. «Arms» should be bicep and Tricep seperatly. Legs should be Quads, glutes, hams and calves splitted up in separate musclegroups

There are only a handful of exercises added, and that might be because of the muscle heat-map overview, but basic things like dips and deadlift/rowing variations would be very much appreciated.
