I have always been a treadmill girl. But now I am heading to my fifties my bones are just not taking it. I decided to give this a whirl as I liked the idea it is portable and not bulky and it goes up to 90kg. I have followed some of the workouts and couldn’t even do some of the moves even on the 5 kg band and thought they are having a laugh, but I’m on week four and I can now do the moves. I have now added another band in for some areas and enjoying it. I haven’t really noticed any difference body wise or scale wise but I have body dismorphia, my clothes fit me though and I’ve been on holidays and they still fit so that’s a good sign!!!! 😀😀 Overall, I shall continue to use this and see how far I get with it. -- Charley2712, 2024-08-23 ### ***-- "Glitch proluxe" Glitches seem to be fixed now. It packs into a bag for easy portability but perhaps the best thing about Gymproluxe is the app which provides easy-to-follow videos of workouts. I cast them to my smart TV which makes it even easier to ensure I’m doing things the right way & thus avoiding stress and strains.
