Worst app my money got deducted in trail period so when I deleted the app and cancelled subscription my money was not refunded

Good app to manage routine but alot of bugs calculating workout calories in nutrition

Doesn’t record reps properly, whatever you put it it just records it as the standard. Lack of exercises. Lack of customisation for the food tracking. Poor app. Waste of my £29.99

Too much data on the screen. Previous layout was fantastic. Unsure if they want people to move to an alternative app😂 as it is really ugly. I will be using a new app. Used to be the best app in my opinion. But what an horrible update!

Wow, got so excited to update the app because I have been loving it for the last 6 months, to open in utter disbelief. Whats happened? The UI/UX looks terrible. Only giving 3 stars as an average from before update of 5 stars to after update of 1 star. This is purely aesthetic as I am sure the functionality must still be good. And whats happened to the AI helper which was so good?! Hope you can sort out!

A waste of money: the AI is not so “intelligent” and it just add 1kg or 1rep more per week proposing the same exercises every time; few weeks ago it added an annoying notification red dot that I can’t remove, and last but not least it suddenly erased all my workout records with no chance to recover them. Because I already paid for 1year subscription I will continue to use, but don’t expect a renewal because as it is at the moment it urges massive improvements for the whole price requested.

When opening the app it asks to subscribe for a year at a cost of £89.99. When deciding not to go for the subscription it then slashes the price down to £29.99 and says you only have 3 minutes to decide if you want this “amazing one off” deal. The thing is, the app gives you this option EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app. So they are trying to rob people of £89.99 when in reality every user gets the option for the £29.99 price AT ALL TIMES, THIS IS NOT A SPECIAL OFFER IT IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Even at £29.99 it is still way overpriced never mind £89.99. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE LIMITED TIME “DISCOUNTED PRICE”.

What can I say, this app is just fantastic. It’s like having a fitness coach inside the pockets. So easy to use and pretty reasonably priced too. Thank you.

I am not sure if the AI is also trained to mislead?? I clicked on 3 day trial then charge and to my surprise I was charged the full year subscription! Can you ensure I am returned my money, you can see that I used it for 30 mins and cancelled!
