Yep it’s not bad but it needs to be more flexible with certain individuals and wants. Like for example you can’t add a warmup to any programs that I have tried and all workout plans seems to be just copied and pasted
I have tried for free this day but I didn’t like it , it so complicated , than I found Appel made subscription without my permission and they stole my money 91.11$ , I ask them for refund they said it is our policy and u are not eligible to be refunded ur money , they make me disappointed from their treating client , and worse Appel app ever in the world
Don't you hate when you enter all your information, and THEN after you spend 30 minutes looking for your extra bar for their specific workout you can't change, they tell you that you actually have to pay them?
The recent App update is not good, there’s way less variety. May as well stayed on the free version because you get the same.
Love this app, has helped me so many times.
Hey, really love the app but also am wondering if you can consider adding some more cardio exercise’s like the stair-master, incline walking. I also know you can add the exercise you want if the app doesn’t have it but it has a strange lag out like it says it have 3 sets and the time is only in seconds. Really hope you would consider THANKS FOR THE APP🙏🏽
Pretty good app so far after using for a couple of weeks now. The only downfall I’ve had is if you miss a workout there is no way to “reschedule” so you basically have to skip that workout with no way of going back to it until you train those muscle groups again in the future, quite annoying. Good app besides that.
$90 for a yearly subscription or $50 per month makes this very difficult to justify, especially given the current saturated market, most of which are no more than $10 a month. Would love to continue this app and hope to see them reevaluate their monthly membership fees.
It’s really good just wish they would stop changing the interface
