This app used to be a fantastic app for training planning, detailed workouts with weekly progressions. They updated weeks ago to a much poorer version with no structure and really really poor workout plans. The community has been asking for a revert for weeks but it doesn’t seem like it’s happening. Subscription has been cancelled
Its a great app, love absolutely everything about it. My only suggestion is to allow for more variety of the programs. We can chose different splits and days a week, but ultimately out of dozens and dozens of available exercise we are left with the same few. Would love to have variations within the same split given the vast amount of exercise. Another suggestion is a more granular option of home/small/commercial gyms and be able to specify what we have a hand such as barbells, traps, cable machine, etc
Simply perfect. Everything you need for your workout.

No need to exit app has it all
Love this app from day one I have it a few years now . Only negative was recent update deleted my personal work out to which I was really enjoying. Other than that iv always loved the app .
App has changed and lots of features removed. Ability to customise workouts is diminished. Overall this went from being 4-5 stars to 2-3. How not to do product evolution.
Having trained for close to 20 years and worked in many gyms, i felt my training was just becoming less about goal setting and more about destroying my body down the gym every workout, this app is a modern day weight lifting log, allows me to track sets, reps, follow the excellent periodisation programs and then review the results at the end of each cycle before moving to my next goal, and all for €20pm. Fantastic value and so convenient!
The self-reported data tracking by the app dev seems minimal, but whenever the app is opened, a significant amount of data is sent to Google, Facebook and others according to traffic monitoring on my iPhone. Hard to see how this complies with GDPR principles such as data minimisation.
