I didn't know what to expect when you announced we will have some changes ... but once I saw this update it was totally worth the wait! Awesome features, awesome logo and new name, awesome customer service .. and most of all awesome app!
for a fee that the app asks for, i wouls expect to be able to see my OWN custom plan as my workput plan, its nice that i can plan my exercises but i can not set these custom plan as my main workout plan, and i would not be able to use my apple watch either... waste of money

Took away the option to view all weeks in a plan and have a flexible weekly schedule. Only the current week is viewable. Missed a day? Can’t do it the day after.. Bad decision.

I’m trainer used the app because it’s esay to use but the app not have new features or new exercises, not ubdated
I honestly this this is a good app but it keeps deleting my workouts. I don’t know if it’s a bug or or it happens to free memberships but its frustrating. So it’s a 2 stars for me…
These guys have put a lot of effort in making this app. The descriptions, user experience, variety of exercises are just exceptional. It does seem like the people behind are sooo passionate about this. For later updates, i wish there will be an exercises for rest days and/or different genres of workout like mobility/stretching/HIIT/Pilates etc.
Easy to use UI. Been using this app and it’s programs for a couple years now and the updates are just getting better. Really easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.
