Been using this apps since 2022 / 2023. Im so disappointed when this apps now charge their user for workout lessons. This apps used to be my comfort apps for learning the correct workouts but since now it’s compulsory to subscribe this apps first. It’s totally disappointing.
Been lookin for a workout app that can guide me in the gym. I dont mind having to pay but I got charges rm249 right away when I requested for a 7 day trial seriously wth??
Bought the app out right and worth it. Hope that in future will have better Apple Watch integration and also allows the videos to be downloaded offline when data or WiFi is not available.
I love this app but live activities would be a great addition for a better experience.

Try many times can’t connect Apple Watch
It’s difficult to express in words how poor this company’s technical support is.
This is the best weightlifting app that I’ve surveyed and tested! But it lack of a very crucial feature which is data syncing and data storage. Let’s say if I uninstall the app, data gone. And data is not synced across devices such as iPhone and iPad.
