Where is the old workout plans for each muscle

### ***** "Great app, easy and powerful"
Suggestion: 
As a member of this app, I suggest the followings to be considered asap:

1. In the demonistration videos, I suggest you add most common mistakes for doing an excercise to avoid injuries or misuse of the required muscle power. This is very important since I and many other customers have to go to YouTube, copy excercise name and check for common mistakes of that particular excercise. 

2. Upon completing the excercises for a day, the summary results screen should include how much calories were burned in the same way you present how much of weight were lifted.

3. Add a section to allow a person to write notes on some of the excercises to remind him that for example he used less weight this time due to injury or disconnect for a while .. etc 

Finally, I appreciate if you can consider "Arabic" language to the supported languages in your app.

I used to use the app daily and I have my own plan, suddenly they change all the plans, its so sad they removed totally even though when I put my options in My Workout section, I cant use my old plan focus in a specific muscles. I hope they fixed and get the old plan.

The application is good, but the subscription prices are very high compared to other applications that have similar features.

Thankfully the devs finally listened to the criticism and made the right decision to restore the weekly plan which integrate nicely with the new features they added with previous updates.

However, there is a small problem and that is you can't save your current plan and with new added toggles at the top of plan page it is so easy to mess the plan by experimenting with diffrent exercise preferences.

I’ve never been more frustrated with an app. All my workout records just disappeared overnight, and I can only guess it’s because I didn’t renew my subscription. Losing months of progress tracking with zero warning is unacceptable. A basic feature like keeping past data intact shouldn’t be tied to a subscription. Extremely disappointed and won’t be using this app again
