The app used to transfer money easily but not all it does is produce the “waiting” circle. I have to close the app to cancel the process. I haven’t been able to transfer funds since early May. Frustrating!

How do you have a banking app that glitches when I try to transfer money into the account? The past 3 visits I’ve had I get a white loading screen when try to transfer money, on my data or their wifi. I’ve even tried it on my home wifi. And apparently when adding cash (which was the only way I would get my cash back) it doesn’t deposit simultaneously I had to wait at the register for 7 minutes. I drive 30 minutes each way just to shop at HEB. This is frustrating. Don’t really want to shop here anymore but I still like the produce better. Very inconvenient.

It used to work fine. But ever since the latest update, the app won't transfer money from my usual bank to the HEB debit card. When I try to start a transfer, it just shows a screen that says "Something Went Wrong. We were unable to load this page. Try Again." That's just really annoying.

I’ve been using the HEB debit card app for several years and thought it was great until recently when I realized the bank transfer does not work. There is no fix and no way for someone to transfer funds out from the HEB debit account without paying a fee. If you want to use the HEB debit card, expect to have to pay a fee to move money out of the account, a service that is stated to be “free”. I’ve reported the issue and have received no help or resolution which leads me to believe that the developers are either malicious or incompetent. Be warned, do not use this app and do not use HEB’s debit cards.

I’ll get a red exclamation point error on the amount I want to transfer to my card without knowing why. It doesn’t tell me WHY, just turns the amount red and won’t let me transfer. I’ve updated my app and relaunched it, still getting the same error. Changed the amount, same error. I tried to move $75 and it won’t work. Frustrating, especially when I’m trying to transfer quickly at checkout — meaning I miss out on cash back for staying loyal to store brands. So I almost exclusively have to use it for curbside orders so I can delay placing the order until the app decided to work. Not great….

App stopped working after upgrading to iPhone 15 and updating the app, then deleting and reinstalling. Restarting phone didn’t resolve either. Freezes on the logo page.

I loaded $100 and there was $0 balance on my card when I tried to use it. Apparently it wasn’t activated, so then how was the cashier able to enter $100 in my HEB card from my debit card??? Then when I call the 800 number there is no representative to speak to and sends me an activation link but I cannot find my card and the link is having me apply for another one! I don’t want another card! I want to find my money, my $100!

My account was easily hacked. Money was transferred from an external account into the hackers account. After two months, the money was set to be refunded via check. After 2 months of following up every 7-10 business days, I was told the money was sent to the external debit card that was cancelled 2 months prior because my account was compromised. Terrible and not secure.
