Description

With the app, you can scan and bag your own items as you shop, make less contact with others, and save time at checkout in any lane.
Get started by launching the application at an eligible *H-E-B location, then log in with your HEB.com credentials or create a new account.

*Piloting at select locations.

Once you have created an account, then:

1. Scan and bag as you shop

Use your mobile device to scan your items as you place them in your cart or bag. The app will track your items as you shop, and you can add or remove products before finalizing your purchase.

2. Head to checkout

When you’re done shopping, head to self-checkout. At self-checkout, the kiosk screen will guide you through the checkout process.

3. And Go!

Pay as you normally would, grab your receipt and go! Or if your store has an H-E-B Go kiosk, check out by scanning the kiosk’s code and paying with the app.

For some reason it’s not bringing up my store location on the map so I can shop and check out. 444 Sa21 please help or resolve bug. Thank you

Timeout

The App times out when I’m about through shopping and you can’t get it back. This has happen several times in the past 2 months.

Easy

So easy to use. Never really have issues. Hope they expand support of the app for shopping to other stores.

Can not remove items once they are scanned.

It would be nice to remove items once they are scanned. I asked the guy at checkout to remove the item that I decided that I didn’t want. He said he removed the item and it wouldn’t charge me. I got home and double checked and I was charged for the item. Now I have to go back to the store to get the item removed. Very frustrating!!!!

Coupon

You can’t see coupons redeemed on your receipt. And would like a printed receipt!

It has its moments

I love the app, but it can be annoying. It’ll log me out, without any reason, and I can’t even access it now. It made me update my password, just for it not work, and not letting me use it. I’ve uninstalling it 4x times, and still the same results. Get better with connecting with ppl, bc I can’t anybody to help me with this issue anywhere.

Was just charged twice for my last order. Not pleased about that.

Fast only

It is fast only if you don’t buy alcohol

Often times the app won’t load or I am forced to relogin and this can take up time, especially when you’re in a hurry.

The Best

This the best thing they coulda made for a store.
