## H-E-B Go Description
With the app, you can scan and bag your own items as you shop, make less contact with others, and save time at checkout in any lane.
Get started by launching the application at an eligible *H-E-B location, then log in with your HEB.com credentials or create a new account.

*Piloting at select locations.

Once you have created an account, then:

1. Scan and bag as you shop

Use your mobile device to scan your items as you place them in your cart or bag. The app will track your items as you shop, and you can add or remove products before finalizing your purchase.

2. Head to checkout

When you’re done shopping, head to self-checkout. At self-checkout, the kiosk screen will guide you through the checkout process.

3. And Go!

Pay as you normally would, grab your receipt and go! Or if your store has an H-E-B Go kiosk, check out by scanning the kiosk’s code and paying with the app.

## H-E-B Go Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Needs the ability to add produce and bakery items"
The app works great and it's very useful for most things, but there's no way to add things that don't have a specific barcode, like most of the special produce items or even the donut self serve cases
-- Gimsterino, 2025-09-22

### *---- "Latest version is buggy"
Rock solid until the latest version 2.3.4. Crashes often, some items don’t register when scanned, multiple errors with a credit card that expires at the end of the current month.
-- Spindifferent, 2025-09-19

### ***** "la Exelente Forma de Comprar"
Amo HEB. LO MAS RÁPIDO Y CONVENIENTE. GOOOOO HEB NEW BRAUNFELS
-- chef munoz, 2025-08-28

### *---- "Pretty Good. Not Great"
Ever since the new version update two weeks ago we lost all of our receipt history and no long get new receipts when we check out. This is a pathetic screw up on your end. I now have no way to show I purchased something if I need to return it. Ridiculous!!!
-- Thumms, 2025-08-17

### *---- "Lost connection"
I had all but 2 items scanned and bagged and then it said retry at an HEB Go location. I shop at 1604 and Blanco. I had 2 partners try to help me and no luck. Did everything from shutting ap and logging off and also restarted my phone. So frustrating to unpack my groceries to have a cashier ring me up,
-- eljay63, 2025-07-26

### *---- "Stores not participating"
This is a 6+ year old app and the idea is great. Unfortunately no HEB stores in DFW are eligible to be used, not even stores that opened less then a year ago. Was this abandoned?
-- Pizza Ad Notification, 2025-06-08

### ***** "Lane’s review"
Makes shopping a breeze and save huge amount of time!! Love it. Keep it strong!
-- Lane From SA, 2025-05-24

### ***** "Crazyk"
God bless whoever invented Heb Go app! It’s such a convenience especially when the lines are long and you’re on a 15 min break!
-- crazyk512, 2025-05-13

### **--- "Failed today"
The kiosk didn’t finalize the order. It started Initializing and finally said “Lane Closed”!
-- Portermouse, 2025-05-01

### ***** "It works like a charm"
The required video for partners should be more advertised, maybe bigger sign by the QR machine.
