Ich habe mich vollkommen registriert in der Webseite von den H Hotels und habe auch die App dazu. Ich habe auch überall die gleichen Zugangsdaten wo ich mich anmelde.

Ich habe mehrere Buchungen für dieses Jahr und für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
Ich war schon einmal im H+Hotel in Lübeck im Juli 2025 und seit gestern bin ich wieder im H+ Hotel in Lübeck.
Als ich bei der Rezeption angekommen bin, musste ich schon wieder das selben Anmeldeformular mit der Hand ausfüllen und unterschreiben obwohl ich doch ein Profil bei den H Hotels habe und dadurch auch die Buchungen gebucht habe.
Nun frage ich mich für was ich meine Daten alle in dem Profil in der Webseite angeben muss die dann auch in der App hinterlegt sind?
Wenn ich dann anscheinend jedesmal das Anmeldeformular ausfüllen muss mit der Hand und unterschreiben muss.
Dann benötigen Sie ja die Webseite und die App nicht wenn Sie die Anmeldung wie vor 100 Jahren analog mit Papier durchführen müssen.
Das hat doch nichts mit Digitalisierung zu tun und Arbeitserleichterung?
Heute habe ich etwas Zeit gehabt und habe bei der Rezeption nachgefragt und da wurde mir erklärt das sie mehrere Profile im Computer finden von mir. Es waren 5 Profile vorhanden die nun zusammengefügt wurden.
Warum wird die Software nicht so programmiert das Duplikate gefunden werden und zu einem Profil zusammengefügt wird?
Und warum entstehen überhaupt 5 einzelne Profile von ein und der selben Person?
Denn in meinem Profil in der Webseite und in der App bin ich nur einmal vorhanden und dort sind alle meine Buchungen zu finden die ich gebucht habe.
Und wenn man etwas unterschreiben muss jedesmal, dann müsste das über die App funktionieren das man nur das iPhone an ein Portal hinhält und dann ist man eingecheckt oder man muss nur digital mit dem Finger auf einem iPad unterschreiben.
So stelle ich mir die Digitalisierung vor und nicht so vorsintflutlich wie es hier abläuft.

Leider kommt beim Versuch der Buchung nur noch ein Fehlercode. Damit kann man den Preisvorteil als Mitglied nicht mehr nutzen. Aber es gibt ja auch noch andere Anbieter. Wie ich bei der Suche im Netz ob andere auch Probleme mit H-Hotels haben entdeckt habe sind die verkauft, von daher kümmert sich wohl niemand mehr um die App
