## H Ring Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not accurate"
Have had it for two days now and it has recorded 20 hours of sleep time. Blood pressure doesn’t change or record accurately. Going to try swimming and see if that records correctly. Was really excited about this but very disappointed.
-- 445 impossible, 2026-02-09

### *---- "What the hell?"
Only tracks sleep for one day and from midnight to wake? Says I only burned 220 calories? Disconnects from the ring and does not record consistently despite only updating every 30 minutes. Love the ring HATE this app. So disappointing. Please get this together!
-- MandyFK, 2026-01-29

### **--- "Minimal data sharing"
This needs to share more data (as in all of it) with Apple health. What’s the point of only sharing four metrics when the ring monitors so much more?
-- H8_it, 2026-01-28

### *---- "Not Tracking Properly"
If I wake up in the night to go to the bathroom, it loses all data up to that point so it looks like I’m only sleeping from that time on. You can’t see the month results like the old app version. Also, can’t move the categories around like the old app. I’m returning this one.
-- LauraHR80, 2026-01-26

### **--- "Duplicating Data"
I’ve had the ring/app for less than 24 hours and my sleep cycle was tracked twice, but incorrectly. I also am wearing a smart watch, and the ring has tracked half of the steps. I like the layout of the app, and it seems easy to operate, but the data tracking is disappointing.
-- dontdoit2000, 2025-12-30

### **--- "Keeps disconnecting"
It keeps disconnecting from the ring and will only show partial info
-- ADragonQueen, 2025-12-03

### **--- "Keeps disconnecting"
This has a lot of potential but it keeps discontinuing from my ring and even when fully charged it cant find the device. Only worked for about 36 hrs before I started having problems. Don’t know if it’s the app or the ring
-- SE.3, 2025-11-27

### ****- "Recording"
It’s not transferring my active time or without to my health app on my iPhone. Also when selecting a country, the United States is not an option.
Otherwise it’s a great app for my ring
