The app walks the new patient through each step and captures the necessary information for their first appointment with the therapist saving time and providing accurate information. It eliminates the need for new patients to come to their first appointment very early and take time to fill out paper forms on a clipboard by hand. The app integrates to access patients daily step count only (no other health data) to the authorized healthcare providers so they can monitor patients. ## H2Health Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple211/v4/98/69/b9/9869b913-6cfb-4286-b660-12e960e5e49d/74b34560-c5bd-4c33-b704-f77bab105576_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_13_-_2022-03-31_at_12.07.13.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple211/v4/3e/e3/04/3ee30489-001c-2221-8840-14ad6e06ae76/5da9204b-9452-4fb7-812e-ee68bf0cc753_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_SE_2nd_generation_-_2023-02-10_at_13.13.41_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple211/v4/6d/d9/87/6dd987ab-6b1a-556e-3a5d-0eafe8d1b137/cb0239fb-02f6-48af-9b59-119e30a79163_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_13_-_2022-03-31_at_12.00.04.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple211/v4/ab/b4/5c/abb45c21-0ed5-05df-93a4-bfc2160fd899/6d1e7ef5-73b5-47d4-a1d2-1d6bfd45b3d0_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_SE_2nd_generation_-_2023-02-10_at_14.00.40_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple221/v4/21/10/ff/2110ff21-0eb0-09cb-10fd-7c5106c41300/68de69b9-2b60-4992-91b4-d206a8b9b0b0_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_13_-_2022-03-31_at_12.03.21.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple221/v4/2c/f2/71/2cf27170-e4d1-43bd-0933-483abd72ecb3/a5b9db37-b1ea-4178-8ac5-d38da5c6b343_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_13_-_2022-03-31_at_12.04.12.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple221/v4/e1/23/8b/e1238b70-afd7-b4a3-24af-fc30445a1762/8495f2d7-2e60-41a8-91c5-5ac92b97ab53_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_SE_2nd_generation_-_2023-02-10_at_14.03.21_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple221/v4/44/b4/88/44b488dc-ee5a-12ba-f72f-dcd43ab7d38e/ed48325a-b77a-4f50-bb41-7b0db3239eaa_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_13_-_2022-03-31_at_12.06.33.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple211/v4/d2/95/07/d2950731-1bcd-38ae-8881-044263c52af0/c4a475ec-de31-4ec6-97dd-6b1a5360f9a9_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_13_-_2022-04-12_at_11.27.14.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/0f/9f/43/0f9f43b0-d13b-289a-ad25-4ccd82f549fa/545bd993-3016-41f6-9209-acb6c209128a_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_12_Pro_-_2023-04-04_at_17.46.14_2_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) ## H2Health Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 35 (80%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 4 (9%) - 2 stars: 1 (2%) - 1 stars: 4 (9%) ## H2Health Reviews in United States ### ***** "My PT" Wonderful staff! Peyton is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and She is focused about her work which makes it all comforting to me. She and Alexis have giving me encouragement to work with my shoulder problem. They are very nice! Thank goodness I am on the road to recovery! Thank you!šŸ‘ -- Shortcakes šŸ˜, 2024-11-26 ### **--- "Poor quality app" This app is poor quality and the most frustrating part of my therapy. It logs me out every other day and only allows me to login via getting texted a code instead of creating a normal login. Takes a long time to load the exercises. When trying to read more about an exercise it auto opens and plays the videos which is usually an approximation but not my actual exercise. I have to close the video for EACH exercise which is very annoying. -- jking3n, 2024-09-29 ### *---- "H2" Iā€™m having quite a bit of trouble with the app. I called the therapist and they advised that it is difficult for other clients as well. The therapist sent it to me again but still unable to access the exercise routine. -- jets048, 2024-06-05 ### ***** "Review" Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would recommend H2 Health in Richmond,Ky to anyone. -- ljkjr74, 2024-04-26 [View all H2Health reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## H2Health Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/h2health-DQJc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/h2health-DQJc/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/h2health-DQJc/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
