They deleted my account, but saved my card data and purchase every month 30 euros!!! Support team can’t find my account, but why they have my bank data????

Hab mir diese App geholt weil ich mit meinem adhs verschiedene Sachen ausprobiere die mir vielleicht helfen können. Habio: Fehlanzeige! Wollte die Testversion ausprobieren für 1€ danach soll es dann wohl mit 9,99€ pro Monat weitergehen und bei der Gelegenheit fand ich das Workbook ganz interessant was gerade im Angebot war und 28,99 € oder so kosten sollte. Das hab ich mir dazu bestellt. Jetzt wurde 2x 28,99€ und direkt 9,99€ und nochmal 2x 0,56€ abgebucht ! Überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar für den Kunden ! Empfehle diese App auf keinen Fall weiter. Der Support lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. In solchen Fällen darf man als Kunde schon mehr Koorperation erwarten. Hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück. Schade dass Menschen wie ich dafür ausgenutzt werden dass wir so sind.

The app advertises a 1 Euro Trial. It cost me 60€ within the first week. Be careful it’s a SCAM.

I paid 29.99$ for a workbook? I never wanted a workbook! I try to delete my payment and a testing abo which I also DIDN’T want and if it is not working I will contact my lawyer! I send you an e-mail ! The payment ends with 3f3b3 Please delete it as soon as possible!!

Stay away: useless app & bad service!
The app supposed to help people by setting habits but the UI is not intuitive and there are many steps to take to get into the program, which is boring and loses the user. It should be more much more intuitive, like a game, easy to use. I provided the feedback to their support team but they are not receptive at all (barely understand when exchanging about their own app), and are extremely slow.

Achtung Betraug!. Es ist eine Abofalle die bereits der Polizei und der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet wurde. Wenn man die App installiert und auch nur das 7 Tages Abo abschließt welches sich automatisch erneuert dann kann man es nicht mehr kündigen. Ich habe mehrfach versucht den Kundenservice zu erreichen und keine sinnvolle Rückmeldung erhalten. Lieber nicht installieren
