Not uncommon for you to find yourself logged out etc. subscription based is fine but would have expected a reasonable free initial period. Promised speed improvements have not appeared to date. -- notmsn, 2025-10-20 ### *---- "Undisclosed fee" $12.99 a year to manage the thermostats I already own. No thank you! And that should be disclosed upfront… this is not a “free” app. -- mondkoncepto, 2025-09-23 ### ***** "Works great" I’m not big on reviews but honestly it’s one of the best things I've ever purchased for my home , it works great. I travel a lot because of my job and now l can control and monitor all of my apartments units when I'm away. The system alert notifications are excellent and alerted me and my A/C service company when one of my A/C units malfunctioned. -- DBerg451, 2024-11-01 ### ***** "Easy to use and great monitoring" We have their thermostats controlling 4 of our offices and the app gives us complete control and visibility over all the units. Big plus feature for us is the systems malfunction notifications and alerts that can be tied into our equipment service contractor. -- JGilman55, 2024-10-11 ### ***** "Simple and Smart" Very straightforward and very simple to use , the best feature is the system malfunction alerts. We were alerted that one of our system’s unit had a water leak and it saved us thousands on a repair to our floors. -- JSteinNYC, 2024-10-03 ### *---- "Slow and expensive" How dare these people charge $12 a year after you’ve already paid for your smart thermostat. And even after you pay the app is sluggish and every time you open it, takes up to 12 seconds to even know the status of the AC. Same when you try to operate it through Alexa / Google Home. Huge delay on every single command. Disgraceful that they would charge for a dysfunctional app like this. -- bend.music, 2024-08-27 ### ***** "Great Product" This is one of the best smart automation products out there to control your HVAC appliances. I use Habitat with my ICE AIR PTACS to remotely control via an app. The only issue is that their API is completely closed even though the underlying hardware is zigbee based so you have to use their which has an annual fee. It would be nice if they opened up their API to allow for customized automation such as proximity sensors. -- HomeUser76895, 2024-05-09 ### ***** "Happy With It" My friend recommended this thermostat. Found out that it can be controlled with this app. Been really happy with it, nice that it is so responsive. -- Jhimmy1990, 2024-05-06 ### ***** "Works Well" I don’t usually write a review, but this system is pretty simple to understand and works well even if you’re not a big tech person. It’s very clear and easy to use. -- NYCLAW90, 2024-04-01 ### ***** "Easy to use" Got a habitat for my bedroom, works great and easy to use. It’s nice to pre chill my bedroom when coming home from work. -- QueensNative97, 2024-03-28 [View all Habitat HomeLink reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Habitat HomeLink In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Habitat Subscription | $12.99 | ## Apps Similar to Habitat HomeLink - [DropCar Parking NYC](https://apptail.io/app/dropcar-parking-nyc-Myg/united-states) - [Hubitat](https://apptail.io/app/hubitat-DtS/united-states) - [GridRewards: Energy Efficiency](https://apptail.io/app/gridrewards-energy-efficiency-OGmb/united-states) - [Habitat Home](https://apptail.io/app/habitat-home-VZwc/united-states) - [New York Athletic Club](https://apptail.io/app/new-york-athletic-club-yPTc/united-states) - [ELITE Lifestyle (Legacy)](https://apptail.io/app/elite-lifestyle-legacy-zhFj/united-states) - [Gotham Properties Residents](https://apptail.io/app/gotham-properties-residents-csTm/united-states) - [Anagram Rentals](https://apptail.io/app/anagram-rentals-Yaen/united-states) - [Hubitat Elevation](https://apptail.io/app/hubitat-elevation-ECvq/united-states) - [SoMA Resident](https://apptail.io/app/soma-resident-rTTu/united-states) ## Habitat HomeLink Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/habitat-homelink-MaJd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/habitat-homelink-MaJd/canada) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/habitat-homelink-MaJd/china) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/habitat-homelink-MaJd/hong-kong) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/habitat-homelink-MaJd/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
