That this app would blast me with the push to buy premium each time I opened it, I would not have installed it. The premise is great but the free version allows only THREE HABITS & no option for changing notifications: they’re either on or off. And it sends too many reminders. I will be looking for some other app to track habits as soon as I uninstall
I had the free version of the app and was given a promotional special at $7.99 when I selected yes I was immediately charged $79.99 ! . I have sent a message to customer service and no one has replied.
I wish there was a trial for this app. As soon as you download you’re prompted to pay for a year at half price. I did not see another option for other plans. I thought the app would work for me but realized within a day that it was not the right app for me. It’s too much work to manage habits. Some habits, like reading you have to remember to start a timer as example. There is no option to contact the company to get a refund and no support offered.
Had an in app offer of 90% off making the app $7.99, when clicked the price becomes $79.99, yikes.
I had used this app for a daily meditation practice timer for several years. I have just deleted it, it was recently revised to be next to Useless. I meditate in 30-minute intervals. Now, the screen powers off several times during 30 minutes. Break off your meditation, pick up phone, scroll to find Habitminder, continue . . . Totally inappropriate during meditation. I have found a better app.
Just started using the app fully today. Easy to use and keeps you on track. Wish there were more emojis/colors available and kinda wish you could have less notifications but I guess that defeats the purpose of the app. Excited to track my habits over the next year!
It practically has everything I wanted it to have, though it doesn't encourage you and give you many notifications to do it. Maybe could there be a way to motivate more the client? Other than that (I paid for it) it's great and cool :)
I regret paying for this app. I’m constantly getting reminders throughout the day to do things that app knows, or should know, that I’ve done. So annoying. Example: the app reminds me to stand, or to walk, when it should know based on my steps being tracked that I’ve met the goal for the day. This app is NOT smart. It’s a glorified checklist with no consideration given to data available to the app that speaks to what I have actually accomplished during the day. You might as well just set reminders in your calendar to do the things you want to do…it’s the same thing.
