## Hail Recon Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unreliable"
The map shows something and when you scout the areas is totally different story. Pay for another app, this will make you waste money.
-- Kenombiii, 2026-09-27

### ***-- "Crashes alot"
Ive had to delete the app on many occasions just to get it to work again. The thing doesnt work if you have bad connection. Could be much better.
-- THats bot my zmayne, 2026-08-21

### ***** "Great service"
I love the service that these guys provide! In my experience they go above and beyond anytime I have needed assistance.
-- Hail2018, 2026-08-08

### *---- "Don’t purchase"
Very disappointed with Hail Recon. In our experience, the hail data has not been consistently accurate. To make matters worse, they require a year commitment and will not prorate the unused portion if you cancel. For the price, I expected much better accuracy and customer service.
-- Annoyed user47, 2026-08-07

### ***** "GM"
We’ve been working with this company almost as long as they’ve been around. Mike as well as since teammates have always been very helpful.. very responsive and very kind staff

### ***** "New update is awesome!"
Hail Recon is killing it lately! I have the nationwide plan, and have for a few years. It looks like they just refreshed the accounts settings, and the app. I’m loving it so far! Their meteorologists really have their maps dialed in! They do an awesome job of mapping the storms. The reports have also been really helpful when I’m fighting with the insurance companies. If you’re thinking about getting Hail Recon, stop thinking and do it!!

### ***** "Great Product!"
Great product with a great team to back it up. I’ve been with them for years. I actually switched to another service for a year and came crawling back. In my opinion it is the easiest map to read and very simple to use.

### ***** "Been with these guys a long time."
I think Ive had a subscription with them since 2017, so 9 years now. I always talk with Rhett, he’s great. Just helped me with a subscription question that would save me some $$$ to accomplish my intended goal. Didn’t try to upsell me to get there but provided a common sense solution that helped me out. Probably why Ive been with them 9 years lol.
-- Hail Advisor, 2026-04-15

### ***** "Fast Customer Service and Willing to Accommodate."
Rhett was extremely helpful and made the entire process quick and easy. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. I had a payment issue and he helped me resolve it right away without any hassle. Great customer service and very accommodating. highly recommend working with Rhett and the Hail Recon team.

### ***** "Top of the line."
Highly recommend this app for your hail tracking needs. Customer service and app functionality top of the of line! I have tried many apps prior and this one is by far the best.
