Hail Trace

Ever since the app last got an update it has been total garbage. Can’t use it at all. Constant freezing. Can’t look at specific addresses. Can’t pull up weather events. It’s literally useless. Sure the website still works. But I work in the field as a roofing consultant! I can’t be carrying my laptop to people’s houses. If the app on the phone isn’t going to work, our business of 50 employees is going to have to switch to something else.

Justin Hughes took his time to teach me about the application and web browser. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I am new to the roofing industry and HailTrace. After the training provided by Justin today I feel I have a good grasp on the features of the software. The fact that real meteorologist are mapping storms is a wonderful feature for sales and the insurance claim process.

Everyone knows it

I just saw a storm 5 days ago on the 21st and I've been waiting for it too update on the app and it hasn't and I'm curious as to why ever since the last update I've had consistent issues with geolocation as well as recent storms actually appearing on the app.

There are numerous softwares to use for storm tracking. We have used HT for over 7 years. The reason we keep coming back is not only because of the accuracy, but the customer service. Matt Grassmyer is an absolute stud and answers the phone every time I call. Thank you to the HT team for being a trusted partner for so long.

I use HailTrace exclusively for tracking recent storms and severity and am always impressed with the features and accuracy of the data. The maps are really useful for locating the best locations for canvassing and identifying potential leads. Matt Grassmyer introduced this to me when I first met him a few years back and it’s one of my favorite tools to use to boost storm data knowledge and leads.
