DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Says the sensor is paired but it’s not syncing. Just a yellow triangle that says “never synced”.
When I go to my Bluetooth settings it will go on and off “connected” and “not connected” we’ve done everything we could and this is the last day to start the clinical trial I’m in. If it isn’t fixed today then I can’t continue the trial.
Not sure if the IOS 17.1 update has something to do with it but it’s extremely frustrating that I missed spending time with my 1 year old son and in laws that drove 3 hours just to spend time with their grandson. I wasted 6.5 hours syncing this crap piece of plastic that won’t even work.

Why it’s not working!
Peace of mind
I can check up on my kids and know when they’re taking their inhaler w/o standing over them every day.
Disappointed
The device continually loses its sync with my iPhone. Have done all steps outlined my customer support and continues to happen. Customer support states no data will be lost when not synced, NOT true! If this problem was resolved, this device is worth its cost!
