## Hair of the Dog Description
An hour of mystery, cannibalism and nob jokes
Hair of the Dog is inspired and influenced by the classic 90s point & click adventure games, from its retro pixel-art style to its irreverent, sarcastic humour. This exquisitely voiced comedy provides an hour of frivolous point & click goodness like no other.

Play in real time
This game can be played in "real time". Meaning that if you play between the hours of 8pm - 8am some of the scenes, objects, actions and characters differ to those found during the rest of the day. Of course, if you don't want your game to last several months, you can enable "Time skip" mode in the game's settings.

Game Features:
• Control time – but beware it comes at a cost!
• From Louse-tamers to street urchins, you'll encounter a cast of colourful characters.
• Explore rich environments with an abundance of witty retorts to almost everything you can point your cursor at.
• Enjoy the distinctive and beautifully realised voice acting (English)
• Travel instantly between scenes with a double-click.
• Having trouble? Just hit the space bar to get a sneaky peek of each scene’s hotspots.

## Hair of the Dog Reviews in United States

### ***** "Solid short point and click without ads!"
Thank you for making it. The puzzles were logical and enjoyable. (For anyone reading, would not suggest this for children due to drug references)
-- Chris Tamiko, 2025-05-24

### ***** "Awesome Game!!"
Short and sweet, it was actually very cleverly made and took me a bit to figure out some of the things that were needed to do in-game. I never review games but I really loved it! I wish there could be a part 2 someday, maybe of the barber + meat pie lady lol. Thanks!!
-- IKNOWYOUREADTHISSTOPIT, 2025-03-28

### ***** "Love it!"
Great story, lovely illustrations, and fun characters. I only wish the game was longer!
-- TaboGarcia🤙, 2023-09-21

### ****- "Game crashes"
I want to play this game but every time I got to open it, it crashes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. I’m on iOS 16.4 - please let me know how I can run the game!
-- Lost my socks, 2023-04-16

### ****- "Can’t get the lice"
I can’t get the lice whatever I tried. The first time I got the lice conversation I walked away and interrupted it, but didn’t get any lice. I suspect it caused me to unable to trigger it again.

### ***** "👏"
this game is so cool and fun and a little bit hard and i love it. i rly like that there aren’t any ads and the storyline is rather unusual- but i need more, so much has been left unsolved- what the heck is going on? what should he do next? more importantly: did the urchin win the contest? please tell me u guys are going to make an update that continues the story 🙏
-- ocurrr, 2022-12-19

### ****- "Very enjoyable but too short"
This game was fun to play, even having to wait in real-time to advance (which was probably done because the game is so short.)
Wish it was longer!!!
-- Baby Dea, 2022-08-07

### ***** "Amazing storyline, voicing, and design."
Pretty much one of the best games I’ve ever played no joke. Keep doing your best you deserve much more attention for the hard work you put into this game. I loved all the mechanics and loved the twist at the end! Keep doing great work. :)
-- hoodieboi11, 2022-07-27

### ***** "Phenomenal free game"
Very fun game; there is a lot to explore and do even though the world is small. Definitely worth a download!
-- Sam S #62, 2022-07-27

### ***** "Delightful point and click"
Absolutely loved this game. Was super sad it was just a taste. Would be really great if developer expanded on it and added more chapters. All of the great components of a good point and click, an interesting story, cool environment, lots of things to explore but not everything is usable, and cheeky voice acting and script. Loved the Victorian vibe.

Make more please….
