This app is great for booking and canceling appointment, great to use

I’ve reported this problem in the past, and the latest Update has not resolved the problem. The problem is — When you touch the siloute in the upper right corner to go to your Account Settings, the app crashes!! It’s been a year since I wrote the above review and even though I received a notification from Hair Saloon that the issue has been fixed, IT HASN’T!!

So much easier to use than the website. While I’m sitting to wait for my haircut, I book the next one (a month in advance) and never have to worry about finding a slot that works for me.

The app is extremely easy to use for me to schedule appointments for my husband and my son. We also have a foreign exchange student staying with us and it was super easy to add him to our family and schedule his appointments. My son and our “Spanish son” always go to Bryan. He is wonderful and the boys are super pleased with the way he cuts their hair. My husband gets a “high and tight” so he doesn’t care who cuts it. It’s more scheduling what’s convenient for his busy schedule and it’s always very easy to get him in with someone right away. My three guys have never had a bad haircut! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
