They’ve added the ability to text and email customers from the app but no option for those who strictly use it as a simple database to continue without paying full price. Wish they had more options. Having less features at a lower price point and a Pro version would have made more sense for existing customers. Very disappointed in the price increase. -- BTS stylist, 2021-07-26 ### ***** "Easy" This app is very easy to use . I keep all client info in one place -- gwenshair, 2021-06-12 ### ***** "HairAssist App" I have been using HairAssist to store my client files for years! This is a great app, and if you run into issues, they always jump in to help. I love this app and all it has to offer. Karla Isbell -- ColorPro7, 2020-08-13 ### *---- "Very bad service" I have had this app for over two years. I have even upgraded to the paid version. When they Upgraded the app I lost all of my pictures. I have tried to contact them repeatedly and they are not answering my phone calls or my emails. -- susan beau, 2019-09-09 ### *---- "Client info" Updated and can't login. No support. Tried contacting... Nothing. All clients and color formulas gone. Hoping they see this and contact me. -- Greg @Gege's, 2019-02-14 ### ***** "Absolutely amazing" This app is a god send for hairstylist. I have worked in salons from Arizona to 5th Avenue, and Madison Ave in NYC as well as freelance, and this app caters to the needs of a busy stylist. Hair Assist allows you to send out text messages and emails notifications to all your clients, which is great if your a stylist on the go. The customer service is great. If you have any questions, Peter is quick to respond. I sent him an email in regards to my account and I received an email that day. The great thing with this app, is that it cost less than a lunch or a drink at the bar to maintain your business with ease and have all your information save to a cloud. I see below that people are complaining that they have to pay for the app... As a hairstylist, I am pretty sure they dislike when people ask them to do their hair for free, so why should a company give their services away for free? Especially, when is app offers so many features. You must spend money to make money... and I’m pretty sure your Starbucks habit is more expensive than the one-time a month, monthly charge or this app... -- Sunshine salon stylist, 2019-01-21 ### ****- "Back to normal ! Thank you !" The App is working great again ! Thank you for providing a very useful app and great customer service. Keep up the good work ;-) Thank you -- giro81, 2018-12-29 ### *---- "Lost all Information!" I lost all of my client information. Signed in and out a million times, emailed the help email and still no answer. I literally had a bunch of colors today and literally learned I lost all of my info as I was going for a formula. Very angry! Not using this piece of crap again -- Lady Bellarina, 2018-11-07 ### ***** "Owner" I had a problem with this app after using it for a few months... the creators of the app did get back to me after a few days.. the app had changed... it was no longer a free app due to circumstances beyond his control.. I did not see the email I was sent. Long story short... I don’t like paying for apps.. he had no problem with my decision and he emailed all of my lost information back to me. He acted very professional and if you are one to pay for apps.. I would highly recommend using HAIRASSIST. Problem solved. -- guyzn dollz, 2018-10-24 ### ****- "Great Customer Support" I would love to give this app 5 Stars, but due to some issues of being locked out for a few days, I can’t. BUT I will say that the support I received from the staff was excellent. It was prompt and they made it right and saved me as a customer. The app is very user friendly and gives me all the data I need. -- Alisha Boyd, 2018-10-16 [View all HairAssist reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## HairAssist In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Complete Plan | $17.99 | ## Apps Similar to HairAssist -
