I left the funds as a savings. When I needed the money due to an emergency. I tried to transfer it to my other bank account and I was not able to do it. Then I went to the ATM and tried to withdraw the cash using the Halal money debit card. Even then it was not successful. I called the support line three to four times and asked what to do? They said they are looking into it. After a month I called them back. And the answer was still they are looking into the issue. And on one particular day I get an email saying my bank account and debit card has been blocked and no longer can use the app or the debit card. And contact support for more information. I replied to that email but there was no reply. I tried calling them on several instances, but the support line is not picking up my calls or returning my calls. My 750 dollars is stuck in the account and I’m trying to retrieve it. This is not a halal money. This is a haram money app. They are holding my funds which does not belong to them.
