## Hale Hub Reviews in United States

### *---- "Be careful!"
When trying to download this app I got a request to submit my credit card, and at the bottom of the screen was an American Airlines logo. I have redone this app several times without success. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star
-- Recentpatient, 2024-09-19

### *---- "App immediately crashes, quite literally unusable"
The app crashes every time I attempt to open it. What is even the point of this app?
-- danceofthe7veils, 2024-09-13

### *---- "Horrible"
I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
The ModuleMD patient portal and the Hale app do not “speak” with one another. Resetting a password within the ModuleMD does not sync with the Hale app. Therefore, I’m put in continuous circles trying to reset passwords to gain access to medical information uploaded by my doctor. There is no patient access in the ModuleMD site, only medical practice client options. Very unfriendly user access for patients.
-- tiredAllergyMom, 2024-08-05

### *---- "Garbage"
Can’t even get past the logon after resetting password multiple times. Worst app ever.
-- BoganTW, 2024-07-16

### *---- "Terrible app that will not accept credit card information"
The app does not accept credit card payments. How else are clients above to pay the invoices. The error message states enter a correct credit card number. I have multiple times
Fix the bloody app
-- KatMeowmy, 2024-07-06

### *---- "Useless app needs to work on iPhone"
Had issue to open this app
-- Tema56788, 2024-06-30

### *---- "Not good"
Some major oversight in the UI. When I go to book an appointment there is no button to pres to create the appointment and I am stuck in that view. Best guess, some issue around responsive design across mobile devices.
-- pietro.ps, 2024-04-08

### *---- "Unable to open the app"
I successfully set up my account on the website but when I open the app, nothing happens. The logo on a white background doesn’t change. I’m not sure how my allergy office expects me to use this to keep current on my shots.
-- Acgj0122, 2024-01-23

### *---- "Can’t log on"
My doctors office needs me to log on to say I have arrived for allergy injections. As well as make new appointments. I haven’t been able to get on for months. They have reset my account and password several times. With no change. It just looks like it is loading, but nothing is happening. If I put in the wrong password it will tell me incorrect password.
-- Ebeery, 2023-12-28

### *---- "Just got this app. Doesn’t work."
It’s cool because this is for MEDICAL services and now I can’t access ANY of my child’s stuff because the app won’t load and you can’t actually access it through the web without it trying to take you to the app. The app that doesn’t work.
This is disgraceful.
