What happened to shopping for ornaments and gifts on the app? This app is practically useless…

App is not stable
For some reason the app will not open up when I sign in on my phone. The store cannot see the rewards so it’s necessary to use the app. This has to be fixed.
When you can’t find the right card
The grocery store was all out of cards for Hanukkah so I thought I can send it with an ecard. Simple and fast.
App stopped working completely
This app is amazing and useful for your rewards, coupons, and discounts. But over the past few months the screen goes white any time that I try to log back in. Completely frustrating.
Lacks Offers on Web Site
I just installed the app so I wouldn’t have to print coupons from the web site. This app failed that simple requirement. Yes, it includes my rewards coupons but doesn’t have “Exclusive Coupons” shown on the web site so I still need to view and print them there. Pretty much renders this app useless.
Absolute piece of junk
The editor has a mind of its own. Each time you edit your card and then preview it, the image and text shifts, requiring you to go back and edit it again. This is a constant, circular problem. No way I am going to pay $4.99 to send a card that could be all screwed up. Don’t waste your time with this one.
