Hello. I am blind and use iOS voiceover screen reader on my iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 18.2. There is no way to access video controls on your app or gain access to audio description. There are so many wonderful things on your channel that I would love to listen to, with audio description. However, being unable to access the features on your app is a non-starter. I will cancel the free one week trial. I will check back later to see if any improvements have been made to the app I do hope the developers of the app taken to consideration disabled consumers.

Love Hallmark, and content is good, but the app needs a lot of work. You can’t continue from one episode to the next without the app crashing. Super slow as well.

You just raised the price when you switched from Hallmark Now to Hallmark Plus and now you are raising it another $20 come Jan 2, plus what you pay for the Hallmark Channels on tv.   Not sure if it’s worth it anymore!!! That is a BIG PRICE HIKE.

I never write reviews. But this app is so frustrating I felt obligated to. Each night when I want to watch a show or episode I have to reset my Apple TV device because the app continuously buffers. I also have to log in everyday. This is the only app that makes me do this. On top of all that, forget trying to fast forward or rewind mid movie. It’s awful. If this isn’t remedied soon I won’t be paying for the subscription going forward. Maybe hallmark doesn’t care as these issues shouldn’t be issues at all. Everyone else manages to work properly.

App glitches all the time.. I’ve tried it for a month and can never get continuous streaming. I’ve tried it on several devices with no luck.

Has potential but is very buggy. I’ve had to download movies instead of just watching them on the app because it keeps crashing or freezing. The search function is also poor as it doesn’t generate accurate search results for movies I find later with just scrolling. I won’t be purchasing this after the free trial.

The AppleTV app for Hallmark+ has a horrible interface.  It is clunky.  Freezes up.  And horrible to navigate.   There is no excuse for a premium streamer to have an app this bad.

The controls are clumsy for iOS & Apple TV as fast forwarding is either non existent or a hidden feature.  
Why can I not have the option to watch the credits of a show?  If I try; I get kicked back to the beginning of the episode or the main screen…

This app is so slow. Searching for a movie takes about 10 minutes. It’s not easy to find anything on it. It’s probably the worst streaming app I’ve seen so far.
