Mostly like
I like being able to watch Hallmark while on the go. I love this app because I log in with my provider and it’s not an additional cost. A couple things I don’t like- 1- you can’t fast forward or back up the movie. I already pay for the Hallmark channel. Stop forcing me to watch ads. 2- lately, the app has been cutting off the last minute or so of shows and movies. Since most movie’s plots wrap up on the last 10 minutes, missing that time is annoying. Please fix it so we can see the ending and at least part of the end credits before you cut off the viewing.
Worthless
After last update I can no longer watch hallmark. States error message that it's not part of my subscription when in fact it is. Now worthless
Tv provider
I have Hulu. And that is not on the list to be able to login. Sad.
Tough to watch entire movie
Playing a movie is problematic when the commercials come up. They will buffer and after the commercials are done the movie goes back sometimes up to 20 minutes. Problem is when you try to fast forward to where you were in the movie guess what you get to watch the commercials again after that you go back 20 minutes again. Vicious circle. Sometimes the movie just stops and the app needs rebooting. Very buggy.
Hallmark Mystery not connecting
New update has eliminated the ability to watch Hallmark Mystery and Family channels with a YouTube TV as provider. Says YouTube TV it’s not part of my cable subscription. But I can watch those two channels on YouTube TV. What gives?
Error message EVERY time I try to watch
This app worked perfectly fine for 3 days and suddenly now EVERY single time I go to watch a show I get an error message. I have dismissed the message, I have deleted the app and re-installed it, I have logged out and back in and still Error messages. The app is 109% useless now.
Hallmark is WAY BEHIND other streaming services
I recently downloaded Hallmark channel so I could watch some new movies being aired. Little did I know that to watch movies on the Hallmark app, you ALSO have to have a CABLE service. I don’t have a cable service because it’s expensive, and I use streaming platforms instead. I think Hallmark is WAY, WAY BEHIND in understanding why people use streaming platforms. We don’t want to have to pay for cable AND a streaming platform! It’s also very confusing that Hallmark has two separate apps for watching things! The Hallmark tv app and the Hallmark movies now app? Why not combine them into one app and save everyone the confusion of trying to figure out which app will have what I’m trying to find? Their entire system seriously needs work!!!
Lousy App
Using on Samsung TV. Horrible navigation, no program guide. Unable to attempt to adjust settings without having to rewatch ads. Worst of all no closed captioning. I am deaf and instead of being able to take out my hearing aid and relax watching a movie, I have to keep them in.

Won’t add the app to my iPhone
Too many commercials
I love Hallmark movies but watching on this app is just plain awful. Most segments are only 5 minutes long with 5-6 minutes of commercials. And to top it all off, the app keep kicking me off and I have to log back on, which starts the commercials AGAIN. I will just watch my movies on Netflix from now on!
