### *---- "APP does not work"
Anyone? Is there anyone actually maintaining this APP? Unable to use, as it crashes the moment you attempt to log in. Please address this.
-- TaoMonkey, 2023-07-21

### *---- "Latest version crashes."
iPhone 12 just recently upgraded to iOS 16.4.2. App used to work well on iPhone 8 and early IOS 16 versions on iPhone 12. Now, when I enter my user info and press submit to start the app, it just crashes - does not even try to load. Why has HPUD not addressed this failure?
-- OKState1970, 2023-05-07

### *---- "Disappointed"
Every time I try to pay my bill, the app crashes. Very disappointed.
