Great app but with some poor execution
It is a very good app to get medicine even at late night. I love this part. However, booking clinic still bad. I booked a dentist and end up the clinic said no schedule on the day I arrived. So I ended up wasting time and transport (gocar). And the clinic says it was halodoc who has been ignoring their request to change the schedule. And halodoc is also the one confirming the booking. And till now i got no “apologies” received from Halodoc even after i complained. Other than that, this is a good app.
Very simple and Very Helpful amazing app
I usually do not rate apps but this app deserve a good review to let people know that this is much better than running into emergency rooms to take a heartburn medicine Or calling the Pharmacies for specific over the counter needs. Thank you very much for this App.. This saved my day all the time while staying in indonesia for work.
WORSE APP
Statuses are not updated properly. Need to close the app to keep on getting the update. Got cancelled twice for no particular reason and the update time was very very late.

Ada item yang tidak terkirim tapi CS tidak membantu sama sekali. Lebih dari 10 hari cuma di kasi nomor tiket tanpa info lebih maupun usaha pengembalian dana. Mengecewakan.
