## Halton District School Board Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Good"
Great app. Easy to use and understand
-- dammom2, 2024-09-21

### *---- "Frustrating"
Spinning wheel... not convenient at all
-- oaks6666, 2019-05-16

### *---- "Frustrating"
Very frustrating, difficult to login, no option to save login info, huge waste!
-- rulan42, 2019-05-04

### *---- "Can’t submit absences"
I create a login via school messenger to be able to submit absences for my two kids. However, the App says there are no kids associated with our home phone number or either email that we use to speak with the school.

What a waste of resources.
-- Fine Oak, 2019-01-02

### *---- "Poor"
Just give me a phone number to call. Who has time to play around with this app before work. I just got stuck in an endless update loop which I don’t have time to wait for. I usually don’t even submit an illness notification to the school anymore because of this system.
-- Busy parent 498, 2018-12-19

### **--- "Access issues"
I am able to log in at night from a computer no problem but every time I try on the app during the day / I am told there was an issue and I’m taken back to the login screen. I also experience errors that say my internet connection is t strong enough. It doesn’t make sense.
-- gpmkgreaves, 2018-10-03

### *---- "Terrible. Not user friendly."
This isn’t an app but a platform where the user signs to then sign up for more apps and programs. Microscopic text and multiple programs collecting info about the user and their family.
-- Tallboy2002, 2018-09-14

### **--- "You need a long way to go"
I did all the sign up and obviously am excited to use it for new school year. Second day of school, the bus in the morning was cancelled and yet I received no update from the APP, nor from Email alert. And my son was late after the count and I received no call from absence line. Tell me what is this fancy app doing.
-- cracezhang, 2018-09-05

### *---- "Super slow"
It’s totally useless
-- Maggie_k22, 2018-09-05

### *---- "Poor"
This app doesn’t looks like an app! Not even mobile friendly. It is like opening a desktop page on your cellphone.
No thanks, I’d rather use the older “safe arrival’ app.
