## HANBD Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible app!"
This app is useless. I can’t access anything and it keeps telling me that I have to sign in but says I don’t have an account. I have set up the account as if I didn’t already have one and it says the same thing. When I first set everything up I could access it but the cat’s weight was always incorrect. If I can get it to work, I don’t trust the accuracy.

### *---- "Not even letting me log in"
When I first tried this app I was having issues connecting it to my litter box and never ended up using it. Now some months later, I noticed the litter box tuning while my cat was in it, he started using outside. So I figured I’d try the app again to try and reset the litter box and see if that helps but I can’t even log in, it won’t send a verification to my number or email no matter how many times I try, I’m kind of disappointed in this whole situation.
-- Icecreamkittyy, 2024-08-11

### *---- "Useless"
The litter box & the app are both USELESS! Biggest scam of a litter box EVER. If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!
-- MaryBrahhh, 2024-08-09

### *---- "This App Is Trash"
They took no effort building this app. Looks like something you would buy on Fiverr. Absolute trash.
-- Danval12, 2024-05-20

### *---- "Please fix the app!"
You would have better reviews if you would fix your app. Worked one time and never again. The pop-up is the only thing that works. Move the agreement and privacy policy up so people can see it.

### ***** "Works perfectly!"
i bought this litter box of christmas, i don't know why there's such an influx of bad reviews. my cat has been using her litter box safely, the installment was simple and took less than an hour including to make an account and connect the app. i haven't had any issues in the app other than a few glitches, but otherwise, it's perfect!
-- sajourihito, 2023-12-27

### *---- "Unable to register"
There is no live link to register and the terms are in Chinese. You can see where the registration is, but it is not a live link.
-- Killerb04, 2023-11-26

### *---- "Help"
I am having that exact same issue. I’ve had this for a few months but I haven’t really been looking at the app and I went on it today just so that I could dump out all the litter and I put a new litter and it locked me out and I can’t log back in. I reset my username,
-- i'm cool blah blah blah, 2023-09-23

### *---- "Buyer Beware"
App does not work keep getting system error so you can’t connect to WI-FI biggest mistake of our life was buying this litter box
-- Mary193, 2023-09-05

### *---- "Can’t pick a country"
Please fix your app. I can’t sign in because it won’t let you pick a country.
