## HandicapReversi Description
This is an application for the table game "Reversi" that allows you to set your handicap freely.
You can choose to play in three different modes: CPU mode, two-player mode, and handicap mode (CPU or opponent).

What is Handicap Mode?
In Handicap mode, you can play against other people.

Before or during the game, you can place white and black stones anywhere on the board by pressing the stone placement button.

You can set the stones in the four corners before the game, change the initial placement, receive a handicap in the middle of the game, or change the board condition at will.

You can change only one color or change it back to two colors during a match.

This game is recommended for those who want to play against opponents with different abilities or who want to enjoy playing Reversi with an unusual layout.
