Good app!, but I have a problem

I mean, the app is very useful and creative too, but I had a problem with the subscription, I tried subscribing at the one of 19,99 per year, it said that I had insufficient funds, but for some reason the subscription was not cancelled, and now I can't make purchases because of that, how can I resolve this? (Sorry, I don’t speak English that well)

As an artist uploading content in this app, it is very easy to use and put your content out there for people to see and buy. As an user of the app, it's suuuper easy to install the themes that you buy there and also the ones you get outside of the app. I really love this app!
