I bought 2 themes , it had been used for 3weeks. But all gone now. I can't fine my purchased theme either widget unavailable. Please fix it asap.

The designs and widgets are very cute and easy to use but recently I’ve experienced some issues. After setting up the widgets, it says you don’t have access even though I’ve downloaded the profile several times.
