## HandyHR Description
HandyHR is the product of Megasoft Solutions India Private Limited which was established in 1996 and has always been reckoned as the global leader in payroll and HRMS services ever since.
Headquartered in Gurugram, India, Megasoft is a technology solution provider associated with a large number of Fortune 500 companies as one of their most trusted partners for business in India and abroad.
The major idea behind development of HandyHR was to provide a simple, scalable and one-touch package that would cater to all the employee needs thereby enabling better workplaces.

This app offers a multitude of features and customizable options such as:
Payslips – View and download your monthly payslips along with a detailed breakdown of your income tax worksheet and annual computations.
Form 16 – View and download Form 16 directly to your device.
Documents and Letters – Download multiple employment related documents such as Appraisal Letters, Bonus Letters, Niche Skill Letters, Internal Job Postings and Transfers etc.
Reimbursements – Easily manage and track your monthly reimbursements with scanned bills and image upload facility for smooth claim management.
Leave Management – Managing your leaves has never been this easy! Apply for leaves directly from your device, check your leave balances and plan your vacations using the holiday calendar option.
Attendance Management – Whether you sit at office or travel for work, the GPS enabled module will allow you to smoothly mark your In-Time and Out-Time.
HandyHR is exclusively tailored to handle end-to-end leave and attendance management. Once an employee applies for leave or regularizes attendance, it will send a notification to manager through e-mail and SMS and the same can be approved/rejected by the manager from the app itself. Status of leaves and attendance can be easily tracked anytime by employees and managers as well.

Our mantra for client satisfaction is to constantly evolve our approach to employee assistance and replace the good things with better ones. For this, we always seek input from our clients and provide timely updates to HandyHR so that the excellence is never compromised.
