## Hangar Reviews in Belgium

### **--- "Refund request"
Useless and unclear refund request feature, dishonest and to be regulated soon please
-- Maurice '95, 2025-06-09

-- Chrisfrk, 2025-05-27

### *---- "Be Aware - System Robbery of Tokens"
Token system is rigged to take your money.
Very complex system to take your money back.
They said that the tokens can be used in 6 months period or refunded in a very short time frame requiring a high fed for it.
After a while your tokens will disappear also because must as well think about the fiscal year of Belgium.
Is robbery - do like me steals or break something inside as you can to recover what they have stolen😉
-- Belgium X, 2025-01-12

### *---- "Thieves"
Very bad app and you can only get a refund 48 after the event till 4months. Why 48hours? So we would forget it!
-- Nilah Declef, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Refund scam"
They will use every possible way to take your money.

Buy ticket: pay a fee
Top up: pay a fee
Drinks: overpriced
Refund: pay a fee
Get refund: Due date and communication via only social media, no email no messages.
Customer service: Offers no other alternatives. Pretty blunt.

Very disappointed.
-- DsaSat, 2024-08-30

### *---- "Waardeloos"

-- V127349, 2024-08-15

### ***** "Love the app!"
No more waiting in line to get tokens, all info & tickets in one place, very handy!
-- TechnoboyBxL, 2023-10-13

### ***** "As great as the festival"
Great app for a great festival
-- Arnaud Mug, 2023-04-03

### ***** "Best festival, best app"
Easiest way to top up and pay. Also, downloaded my ticket into the app so I could find it easily when I arrived at the event. Thanks Hangar!
