Just signed up on the app but the store doesn’t have ability to scan for Loyalty points. Needs to update the system. I’ll wait to come back until I can get credit for my purchases -- scrappingnnp, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "No Reward Points" The App takes you directly to a webpage where you can’t even login when you order. It’s impossible to earn points for online orders. I spoke with the Duke St. Alexandria location who said they can’t do anything about it and they are not be able to scan the points while I’m in store. Ridiculous app with no customer support. -- Socrdude209, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "App just a UI to unsupported browser" The app is just a user interface that takes you to a browser on your phone so that you can order. Does not connect to your rewards program, or any other added information in the app and does not allow the use of the discounts it gives you. What’s the point? Need a better App asap! -- JCWolf101, 2024-12-10 ### ***-- "No Apple Pay" Doesn’t accept Apple Pay -- rapidPK, 2024-12-09 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" I have placed order instore on kiosk and on app. Never received points for my orders. Also app takes me to a browser to order? A little confusing :( -- Mdpizzafan, 2024-12-05 ### *---- "Non functional" I downloaded the app to try the food. It won’t let me order. I created an account, selected my location and pressed order. It never goes to an order screen. Can’t see a menu. -- my name is bongoguy, 2024-11-25 ### ***-- "Customer" App is not user friendly!!! A very nice store employee had to help with setting up account and redeeming a reward! It was very hard for the employee to figure out, but persistence paid off, and she finally got it!! Also prices on the menu board are lower than what appears on the cash register. -- I’ve JL, 2024-11-22 ### ***** "Wonderful!" Fast, friendly and so delicious! -- 2024Boyd Family, 2024-11-17 ### ***** "Super Tasty" Food and staff are amazing!! -- ReneeDitt, 2024-10-25 [View all Hangry Joe's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Hangry Joe's Discovered Keywords - hangry joe's ## Hangry Joe's Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/hangry-joes-CJZt/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/hangry-joes-CJZt/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
