Even tried deleting and redownloading with no success. Can someone help me with this? -- DG7018, 2023-06-19 ### ***** "Doesn’t Get Much Better Than H&P and the HEF App" I have nothing but positive things to say about Hannah, Paulo, their approach to fitness and this app. I started following Hannah in 2020 during quarantine when I couldn’t go to the gym. My former trainer was actually the one who recommended her to help supplement workouts he was providing. I found her on the BodyFit app and repeated her FYI programs multiple times, until I finally realized the HEF training app existed and contained hours upon hours of amazing content. HEF is a game changer for me and now this is all I use to train- no more gym. The $120/year I pay is a steal and the best money I spend all year. The app is easy to use, and Hannah and Paulo are so involved and interactive, which I love. They care about people and their success and it is evident in everything they do. Anybody can follow their workouts because they provide different levels of training and modifications as well as encouragement and motivation. Hannah may appear intimidating when you first see her. She’s not! She’s very fit but she’s also dedicated her life to fitness since 2012. Don’t let that stop you because she is really all kinds of awesome!! Hannah and Paulo are authentic, which I totally appreciate. They are just very real and down to earth people and so skilled at what they do. I have never had any trainer care so much about technique. I enjoy the way they break down movements so I know I’m doing things correctly. By doing this they are working to help people avoid injury. They teach about having integrity in your workout (it’s what you do when no one else is watching that matters most). I’m currently in the middle of their 5 week Beyond Kettle Bell challenge. It’s amazing and I’m loving every minute of this experience.. I will always be a loyal follower. Do something good for your physical and mental health and get this app. I’m not typically a review writer, but I feel very passionate about this. There is always a fresh workout so I am never bored, but if you work best with repetition just pick your favorites and save a playlist in the app!! I would consider myself advanced and I always feel challenged , and while these aren’t easy workouts, they do have programs that can start you at the beginning. My family has used them for newbies, pregnancy, and post-partum. I love the live follow along videos and Hannah and Paulo are great upbeat encouraging coaches and I have discovered I am capable of more that I ever thought. There is now written exercises and follow along exercises with their daily workouts. This made it so much easier for me to use. There are still training programs you need to buy above and beyond this but they will be available in the app as soon as you buy them. Hannah and Paulo have added demos and instructions for exercises they will be doing. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of videos. I can get youtube videos that are of better quality. I am not offended by cursing, but I was doing this in the gym thinking I was alone and someone walked in and did a double take because every last word out their mouth is the “F” word or something else crude. I was so embarrassed. Also the workouts aren’t timed out well. Most of the workouts are consumed by them warming you up, laughing and horsing around. Then the workout lasts only 15 minutes. Hannah and her husband Paulo go back and forth saying how brutal the workout is but I don’t even sweat, so I am convinced they have the heat on. They are nickel and diming the audience to buy their tools which are so unnecessary. I understand they need to make a profit but I don’t like the feeling of being taken advantage of. Also for the moves, they have something called the beast mode which is so unnecessary because I don’t know who can perform that without getting hurt. They do breakdowns on how to properly do moves but its just difficult. Overall I would not recommend. They shoot it on their phone with music blaring in the background. The quality is terrible.
