It offers guided text and audio sessions that cover everything from fitness and nutrition to sleep and relationships. The community feature is great for connecting with others on similar journeys. This happi app has made a difference in a good way for my mood. I felt for a while I have been in a rut. Always stressed and unhappy. I’ve tried ‘meditation’ before but just found it boring and unhelpful. The sessions in being happi are really mind opening and I’ve never felt more at ease and lighter. My wife notices it too. I’m in a good mood when I use the app. Costs less than a meal and I’ve paid for the year. Not bad at all.

What I like about this app is that it isn’t just about relaxing or being healthy, while this is neatly covered, and of course, important, I particularly like the sessions exploring consciousness.
