This application, has help me find the informational flows needed to help me cultive a mindset of open awareness, meta cognition, and loving kindness towards myself and all that I do. 

In 2024 I wrote this: This application has helped me cultivate AI ready mindset or I’m able to utilize it education on cultivating concentration, focus and attention to rapidly be able to upscale myself to be able to utilize AI systems the best possible way without the minimal cost or rather with the minimal cost of the environment by focusing on assuring that my thinking logic can be communicated effectively and efficiently, and where information may be lacking or missing utilizing information wrangling to gather that information and then process it and interpret what the help of AI systems to assure that I am probably interpreting or rather interpreting it at a specific level usually for your college student level thank you.” 

And in 2026: I Write this - find your breath, find your peace, find the way to live a life one can say was well lived in any moments. The grief session have helped me and I hope they help many others.
