The app will also help parents get advices, browse articles, and record their baby’s sleeping patterns. I really love all the features, they were so thoughtful and the navigation is seamless, a great user experience you got. 5 great STARS ⭐️for me! 😃

I cancelled my free trial and deleted the app as I did not use it or think it was actually very useful. I then received an email after my free trial was due to finish saying I had been charged for the subscription renewal. I noticed this within 24hrs of the money being taken from my account and requested a refund. The request was declined. I submitted review for this declined decision. But had it declined for a refund again and the review states that ‘this decision is final’ but I wasn’t given any reasoning as to why I am not eligible for a refund. So £25 has essentially been stolen from me as I had cancelled the free trial yet have still been charged and they will not give me my money back. Disgusting. Unfortunately I have to rate 1 star to complete this, but it’s not even deserving of that. Zero stars for the thieves.

Overall I really like this app, I really like the calming format, it’s not too jarring on the eyes (important in the middle of the night!). I love the tracking features and the white noise/music feature is a bonus. Would love for there to be more free features.
