Most Used App I’ve Ever Owned
My first entry in my log in this app was back in September of 2013. Since then, it’s been my constant companion for tracking my weight. The ups and downs of my yo-yo dieting in the past were recorded with precision. That information spurred me on to get super serious about losing my weight once and for all. The app is very easy to use. It’s simplicity is its strength. Simply enter your weight every day and it will track not only your ‘raw’ weight, but it can predict your future weight based on your past trajectory. I’ve had the ability to ‘go back in time’ by seeing a good photo of myself, wondering, “how much did I weigh then?”. I would go back to this app and find the date in my log and see what it was. The app congratulates you with your achievements and breaks down your weight goal into little chunks you tackle one at a time. I cannot recommend this app enough to anyone serious about losing weight and keeping accurate records of their journey.
Helps to make losing weight fun!
Besides the bonus of clothes fitting, more energy, better health, I love my ritual of waking up, weighing myself and plugging in the number. Even if I’ve gained a bit (weight does fluctuate), it balances out your progress. Never a glitch, easy to access. Love this app.
