Simply the best app I have found to support me both in weight loss as well just my weight tracking in general. Simple and clear, easy to use. Calculates the trend of your weight loss which is very useful. I have used the app for years and entered also my previous weight data in it. This is really a happy app, it does not depress me even when I have gained weight, and I become happy every time with some small losses of weight as I can see the progress over a long time span. I use this also when I’m in my target weight as it predicts the direction my weight is currently going and helps me not to get depressed with small weight gains.

This really has everything. You enter your weight in daily (I even put in all the progress I had made previous to getting the app) and it gives you graphs, predictions, any kind of info you could wish for. You can set milestone goals and reaching them always feels nice.

It's also pretty, the design is beautiful. It also promises to show the "hey give us a review plz"-popup only once, which is why I'm obliging.

The one thing I'm missing is an indicator to track BMI. A milestone goal could be "Congrats! You are no longer clinically obese. Just overweight. Next milestone: normal." 

Overall, truly love this app. And I've tried a bunch of 'em.

I was lucky enough to download this a long time ago, and paid a one-time fee for the premium features, so I don’t know which features are now behind a subscription wall, but I would still recommend this app over any other in its genre.

### **--- "Falsefully advertising that the app has a free version"
The free version of the app does not have the ”weight predictions” feature. However, after a couple weeks of use, the app slaps a big advertisement of the premium version on top of your weight chart. There is seemingly a selection of yes/no thanks, but tapping the ”no thanks” alternative does nothing, it does not remove the ad from top of your data and you can’t access your data anymore unless you pay for the premium version.

This is the best app I found to manage bodyweight data. Go for the paid version, it is worth it! I will give it five stars when there are functions for waist measurements and BMI. Fat percentage and muscle mass would be good, too. Ideally this app would be able to connect to smart scales also, but I think the manufactures don't want that. One day I hope one single app will suffice for weight loss, now I use MyFitnessPal, Ergdata, Garmin Connect, Apple Health and this one. Very important to me is export to .csv file for Numbers (or Excel)!

I have always found weight loss record charts to be fairly mean especially when you weigh yourself and you gained a little bit. Happy scale motivates you to stay on track and loose weight. You can select milestones and it also tells you the average weight as well as when you are likely to achieve. So even if your weight fluctuates then you know it's natural, and you do not feel like giving up at the first hurdle. It shows clear graphs and logs your weight. Plus it's nice to weigh yourself every day and it compares results better that way.
