I started using this app after it was recommended by Eric Helms in his Muscle & Strength Books. I only wish I had discovered it earlier, I don't think there is any other app like it. It's key feature is the "Moving Average" which is superior to one off weights which may be high or low due to lot of factors. The moving average really helps to motivate you and shows you your actual progress, it's prevents you from getting you down after the high weigh in after a cheat day or getting you overexcited over a new low weight. Basically it helps you to focus on your average weight which in the long run is more important.
