My daughter has rented this condo in the past and it has been fine. However, this was not a pleasant stay. First of all, the communication with this rental company is difficult. There are several numbers to call and they do have a chat and email. The chat line was not active when I needed to report a problem. My email was not returned and the phones had long wait times. They were very nice when they answered.
I reported a problem to the customer service line and they said they were on it. We never had an update and I don’t think they ever checked on the property. The condo has some kind of mite problem. My daughter sat in a chair and within minutes was covered with hundreds of tiny mite like bugs. They were also on the bed and floor. The sitting room and screened porch were dusty and dirty. The condo smelt musty and the dehumidifier had to be emptied several times. When we emptied it, the tank was full of black mold. I myself, washed the bedding in hot water and put the pillows and blankets in the hot dryer to kill anything that may be crawling on them. Even after that , they were still crawling on surfaces. I would never rent this condo again.
2024 Family Vacation
We had a great time staying in this villa.
The access to the clubhouses was amazing and super easy.
Everything was as nice as the pictures show. We had an issue with the wash machine bouncing all over the place when in the spin cycle. They sent someone out right away to fix it.
The only thing I would suggest is more pots, pans, and cooking ware. We had a large group and it was a bit hard to try and get everything cooked at one time.

Franks stay
The most beautiful house ever. The pool was great. The home had everything you need. Washer/dryer was great to have. Electronic blinds were fabulous. Private and secluded home. Fishing off private dock was great. Use fresh Mullet. I would not change a thing. Has 2 air conditioners to control both levels. Home was very comfortable. TVs easy to use having spectrum. Showers were hot and refreshing after going to beach in supplied beach buggy. The home had all kitchen needs. Outdoor grill gets really hot for grilling steaks. I can’t find a negative for this stay. Perfect, perfect, perfect
Great location!
We enjoyed our stay! Very accommodating with an easy walk back and forth from the beach. We will be back.
Beautiful home
We loved the property, very nice, clean and spacious. Thoughtful items like pack n play, toddler potty, a few beach toys. Great for sharing with another families. It is walkable to both the beach & town. Unfortunately the outside shower doesn’t work but there is a hose. The only negative is that there is some sort of government funded halfway house next door. Saw a few things we’d prefer not to have our small children exposed to.
McLovin 2024
This is our 5th year staying at this house. It is a perfect fit for our family. One thing I commend the owners on is that each year we notice something new and improved, which means the owners truly have a vested interest in keeping this home as nice as possible. We love the pool, hot tub, and. Corn hole. Our adult aged children and their spouses each have their own king size bed and their own bathrooms. There is room for our growing family. This year we had two new grand daughters. The only ‘upgrade’ I would recommend is a rocking chair or
Arm chair in each of the bedrooms on second floor for young moms to rock their babies. This house is always so clean, the kitchen is more than well equipped with nice pots and pans and dishes. Thanks for keeping McLovin in such great shape. We hope to

Stay here in early fall and early spring even if we did not have use of the pool and hot tub as it is such a convenient location!!!
Being from Richmond, Va, it is an easy drive to get here and we love coming to the OBX and McLovin has become part of our family tradition.

Beautiful view and location
It is as beautiful as the pictures. They were having some elevator issues, they were very slow and we were on the 6th floor. But never had to take the stairs. So, we loved the home and the hosts were awesome.
WILL RENT AGAIN!
This vacation home was so cute and clean! We had a great girls trip and loved sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean after a day at the beach. We are already talking about renting again next year!
Best Stay Ever
Our family of 7 came for my granddaughters birthday. We had plenty of room and loved the hot tub. House was great from minute entering until we had to leave. The views are spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.
