I keep having error messages come up when I try to login and customer service have been o real help. It sucks that I can’t use the app properly anymore because of this. I have the correct password and everything. Just does not work and customer service can’t help.

Since the Update, the App is super slow! Don’t understand me wrong, I love Happy Cow itself but the App on it’s own needs to be improved!

So I pay 6€ for this and it would be totally fine if the app would be working. I didn’t get it to display places more than 2km away from me and the library is not near big enough. I live in a really big city and I expected more. I also don’t seem to be able to display vegan only restaurants, there may be an option, but I can’t find it -> bad programming. Also please stop collecting data that you don’t need.

Using the app for now more then 9 years throughout the world from a tiny place in bankgok that closes already at 2 p.m. towards a marvellous vegan friendly restaurant in the middle of nowhere in northern italy. Thanks to this app you can as a vegan family get by and discover places you would never go. You feel really the power of community solving a problem collectively here.

Ich habe Happy Cow erst in Vietnam über eine Empfehlung kennen gelernt und war so dankbar, den bis dahin gelang es mir nicht geeignete Vegetarische/Vegane Küchen in Vietnam zu finden. Ich bin davor gescheitert Restaurants zu finden die mir wenigstens ein Veggie Essen zubereiten konnten. Es war frustrierend. Ich bin bisher 5 Monate auf Reisen weit weg von Deutschland und bis auf einmal in Neuseeland (weil das dortige Restaurant komplett aufgegeben wurde) war jedes von mir/ uns angesteuerte Restaurant eine sehr gute wenn nicht sogar eine perfekte Location. Ich bin froh dass es Happy Cow als Suchorientierung weltweit verfügbar gibt und wir als Community es erweitern können.

Apparently, I can search for a city but not a street in a city. If I want to suggest a restaurant to someone for meeting later I always need to have google maps open and Happy Cow. I was always a fan of the app. Maybe this behaviour is new.
